Biography

Born in a small coastal town in Southeast Texas, the persona of Devon DeVasquez was born on March 19, 1988.  Devon was created as a way to get into the gay clubs while under age.  It worked and Houston became home.  She began doing shows and found the charity community.  She raised money for HIV/AIDS related charities later to find out that those charities provided the funding for medication, food and rent that her cousin was receiving as an AIDS affected client. In 1992, on the day of his cousins passing, Devon vowed to be a “charity girl.”

My professional background includes gymnastics instructor, dance instructor, makeup artist, actor, and former hairdresser. Currently, I work for a Real Estate Investment company where I manage multiple departments.

Being artistly blessed, I ventured into makeup, fashion designs and hair.
